Hallmark Christmas Experience 2024 Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)
Each Event ticket (“Ticket”) is valid for one (1) attendee to access the Hallmark Christmas Experience Ticketed Event (“Event”) identified on the Ticket on the date/time and at the location on the Ticket. Entry access to any additional or Add-On Experiences is governed by the details associated with the Ticket type purchased.
By purchasing a Ticket, you agree as follows:
- Ticket sales occur via an independent third party, Eventbrite. All Ticket sales are subject to these terms and conditions, as well as Eventbrite’s terms.
- Each person must hold a valid Ticket to enter an Event.
- All ticket sales are final.
- Except as set forth in these Terms, Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Tickets are transferrable via Eventbrite.
- Tickets may not be copied.
- Each Ticket is only valid for the person named on it; matching valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon arrival (i.e., driver’s license, passport).
- Ticket purchaser must be eighteen (18) years or older.
- The Hallmark Christmas Experience utilizes outdoor venues, and all events are rain or shine. Please note there are instances in which certain of the shows or events may be paused, evacuated, or canceled (in whole or in part) due to inclement weather, catastrophic events, or as directed by local or state emergency personnel. If one or more of the foregoing causes an event or show to be canceled prior to the commencement of such show or event, Hallmark in its sole and absolute discretion shall have the right to determine (subject to applicable law) whether any refund shall be provided, and if provided, the refund, if any, will be issued or credited to the person purchasing the Ticket(s) on the credit card or other payment mode used to purchase the subject Ticket(s).
- All schedules and times are subject to change without advance notice and Hallmark and Event organizers shall not be liable to provide any refund or other remuneration of any kind to the Ticket purchaser or Ticket holder.
- All Event attendees must abide by all health, security, and safety requirements and all instructions provided by Hallmark representatives and/or Event staff, Event venue policies, and the requirements or recommendations of federal, state, and/or local health officials.
- If the Event is canceled, you will have a thirty (30) day refund window from the cancellation announcement to decide if you would like a refund or for your Tickets to rollover to future dates. If new dates are not announced, if you are unable to attend on the new dates, or you would prefer to receive a refund, you must submit your request to Eventbrite Refund Request within the thirty (30) day refund window. If you do not request a refund during the thirty (30) day refund window, your Ticket(s) will automatically rollover to rescheduled dates.
- Event dates/times are subject to change, delay, and cancellation without notice. Event details (including, without limitation, details of additional or Add-On Experiences) are subject to change or cancellation.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited at the Event.
- No weapons are allowed at the Event.
- Pets are not allowed at Event except for service animals.
- Hallmark reserves the right to revoke the license granted by the Ticket and/or refuse admission or remove guest(s) from the Event, without refund, for a violation of these Terms, failure to comply with any prohibitions on recording and/or photography, harassing or offensive conduct, use of vulgar or abusive language, failure to comply with the directions or instructions of Hallmark’s representatives or for any other reason whatsoever, as determined in Hallmark’s sole discretion.

- The Ticket holder hereby grants irrevocable permission and rights to Hallmark, its agents and others working for it or on its behalf, and its affiliates, licensors, distributors, licensees, joint venturers, subsidiaries, successors and assignees (collectively, “Hallmark Parties”) to use, create, obtain the Ticket holder’s name, signature, picture, image, likeness, voice and/or biographical information (collectively, my “Likeness”) as it appears in photography, audio, film, web casting, televising and moving images (“Recordings”). You authorize and grant the Hallmark Parties the right to copyright, adapt, edit, summarize, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, publish, license, sell, broadcast, digitize, reproduce, license to others to use, post or stream over the internet, in and for live streaming, in audio casts, including but not limited to audio guides, podcasts, film, advertisement, publicizing, exhibiting and otherwise exploit the Recordings, in whole or in part either alone or accompanied by other material, or to refrain from doing, for all lawful purposes including, without limitation, for the purposes of advertising and promotion of Hallmark’s products and services, by any and all means, media, devices, processes and technology now known or hereafter devised in perpetuity throughout the universe. You hereby acknowledge that Hallmark does not have the obligation to use any Recordings for any purpose at all.
- You hereby waive any ownership or publication rights with respect to the Recordings, and shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim whatsoever (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, libel, slander, false light or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, distortion, illusionary effect, faulty reproduction, or use in any composite form of my Likeness as specified herein. You waive any and all right to payment or other compensation arising from or related to Recordings.
- You are attending the Event at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to you in, on, or about the Event and its premises and fully and forever release and discharge Hallmark, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and any sponsors, exhibitors, venues, production companies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, hosting, promotion, or implementation of the Event, as well as the respective directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, agents, and assigns of all of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, resulting from or arising out of your attending the Event. This release extends and applies to all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss, and liability, and the consequences of them, as well as those disclosed or known to exist. You expressly waive all provisions of any state, federal, local, or territorial law or statute, providing in substance that releases will not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages that are unknown or unsuspected to exist at the time to the person executing the release.
- As lawful consideration for being permitted access to the Event, you hereby release the Released Parties from any legal liabilities resulting from your participation at the Event unless the liability is due to their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- By attending the Event, attendees, expressly assume the risk that during participation in the Event they may be exposed to communicable and/or infectious diseases. Each attendee expressly agrees that they understand that these risks include contracting a communicable and/or infectious diseases and the associated dangers, medical complications and physical and mental injuries, both foreseen and unforeseen, that may result from contracting a communicable and/or infectious diseases and does hereby waive, discharge, hold harmless, agree not to sue, and release the Released Parties, from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, claims, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from, related to, or otherwise occurring at or in connection with Event (“Claims”) and assumes all risk of such Claims. Released Parties assume no responsibility and shall have no liability (including for negligence) for any such Claims, (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR PERSONAL INJURIES OR WRONGFUL DEATH) THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATE IN ANY WAY TO, EXPOSURE TO OR CONTRACTION OF A COMMUNICABLE AND/OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE, DURING PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE CLAIMS THAT ARISE AS A RESULT OF: (I) THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, AND/OR (II) THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING THE EVENT. ATTENDEES FURTHER AGREE THAT THE FOREGOING RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE EXTENDS TO AND ENCOMPASSES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES OR DEMANDS THAT RELATE IN ANY WAY TO EXPOSURE TO OR CONTRACTION OF A COMMUNICABLE OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE, BY ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THEIR MINOR CHILDREN AND/OR FAMILY MEMBERS, AS A RESULT OF ATTENDING THE EVENT OR AS A RESULT OF THEM BEING EXPOSED TO SUCH DISEASES BY AN ATTENDEE AFTER SUCH ATTENDEE’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
- You acknowledge that you are at least eighteen years of age. If you are under the age of eighteen, you represent that you have obtained your parent’s/guardian’s consent to enter the Event and be bound by the terms set forth herein. You acknowledge that you have shared or will share the information within these terms and conditions with any guests who will be utilizing Ticket(s) that you purchase.
