Are events indoors or outdoors?
All activities on the Square are outdoors. Ticketed activities, including Experience Hallmark Channel events, Photo Ops, Breakfast with Santa, Hallmark Christmas Experience Signature Dinner, Hallmark Christmas Experience Signature Brunch, Hallmark Christmas Chalet: A Pop-Up Bar, and Home Sweet Hallmark Movie-Thon are all held indoors.

What movies will be playing at the Home Sweet Hallmark Movie-Thon?
Featured movies will change each weekend, see the Movie-Thon page for a full schedule. There is no cost to attend this event and there are no advance tickets; seating is first-come, first-served. On Sundays, the Movie-Thon is only accessible to Find Magic package purchasers.

What activities are available on the Square?
Festive activities on the square include a Christmas market, Holiday Hallmarket which includes Hallmark artist booths and Hallmark merchandise, Festive Food Hall, tree lighting & light shows on the one-hundred-foot Mayor’s Christmas Tree, a light walk, ice-skating on the Crown Center Ice Terrace, card-sending and gift wrap stations, a Crayola community mural, and festive photo ops.

The Hallmark Christmas Experience is for all ages and there are many activities on the Square that you can enjoy with the whole family. Are there any age requirements to attend ticketed events?
Children under the age of two can attend ticketed events for free, but they must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket and must sit on the lap of the adult they are attending the event with.
There will be a child ticket option for the Breakfast with Santa. Children must be between the ages of 2 and 12 years old to qualify. Children’s Create and Learn workshops are designed for ages 5-12. A guardian over 18 years old must accompany their child through the duration of the Create and Learn workshop. Please be sure to bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate or proof of age to the event for verification.

Be Merry and Find Magic Package purchasers will receive a Festive Food Hall voucher valid for one of the following: non-alcoholic hot chocolate, seasonal popcorn or cinnamon roasted nuts. Find Magic Package purchasers receive exclusive access to the Hallmark Christmas Chalet: A Pop-Up Bar from 1-4pm daily (first-come, first-served basis). Complimentary drink ticket (valid for one complimentary glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage at the Christmas Chalet Pop-Up Bar). Additional drinks and small bites will be available for purchase.

The Hallmark Christmas Bed & Breakfast is only available to purchasers of the Find Magic ticket package. Find Magic Package purchasers can book an exclusive holiday-themed room within The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, the official hotel of the Hallmark Christmas Experience. How can I book a room at the Hallmark Christmas Bed & Breakfast?
Hallmark Christmas Bed & Breakfast rooms are only available to Find Magic Package purchasers on a limited basis while supplies last; limit one room per customer. Booking instructions are included in the confirmation email when you purchase the Find Magic Package. If Hallmark Christmas Bed & Breakfast rooms are sold out or you do not purchase a Find Magic Package, additional rooms are available at The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, the official hotel of the Hallmark Christmas Experience.

All attendees agree to follow event policies and posted instructions while at the event and attendees may be subject to screening prior to entry.

How do I enter the Hallmark Christmas Experience?
Follow posted signs to entrances. All guests will pass through a security check. Emergency exit signs are posted throughout the event. Familiarize yourself with the nearest exits as you explore or review the event site map.

Once I enter the Christmas Experience, can I leave and return?
Yes, reentry will be allowed. Attendees may be subject to a screening check point each time you enter.

Will security be on site during the event?
Yes. Event staff and security will be present throughout the event to ensure a safe and joyful experience. 

Will there be medical assistance on site during the event?
Yes. The Medical Tent is located near Hallmarket on The Square. If you or someone near you needs urgent help, please call 9-1-1 and notify a staff member. 

What if there is an emergency?
In case of emergency, information may be relayed to attendees via public address systems.

Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend?
To purchase a ticket, attendees are not required to be fully vaccinated. In alignment with current federal & state requirements, proof of vaccination is not required to attend. Health and safety rules and requirements are subject to change at any time at Hallmark’s sole discretion and/or in accordance with CDC guidelines, event venue policies, and the requirements or recommendations of federal, state, and/or local health officials.

Will I need to wear a mask or face covering?
In alignment with current federal & state requirements, masks or face coverings are not required for those attending the event. Health and safety rules and requirements are subject to change at any time at Hallmark’s sole discretion and/or in accordance with CDC guidelines, event venue policies, and the requirements or recommendations of federal, state, and/or local health officials.

I was potentially exposed to COVID-19, can I still come to Hallmark Christmas Experience?

If you found an item please hand it to a staff member. If you lost an item on the Square, Visit the Crown Center Security Center on the Blue Level of the parking garage (East of 25th & Grand Blvd). If you lost an item at the Westin, visit the Westin front desk. 

Is there a Find Magic and Be Merry package pick-up?
Yes. Please check-in at the Find Magic & Be Merry Package Pick-Up, located inside Crown Center Shops, adjacent to the Square at 2450 Grand Blvd, Suite 121, across from Starbucks.

Your ticket/QR code is required. Be sure to pick up your package before your first Find Magic or Be Merry event to ensure you have your commemorative lanyard for exclusive access to experiences, discounts, and vouchers for exclusive treats.

How many packages am I allowed to purchase?
Each person is allowed to purchase up to 4 packages per weekend.

How will I receive any non-ticket package inclusions?
We will be sending out instructions for how/where to pick up your package inclusions closer to the event. Keep an eye out on your emails.

How do I get my ticket?
You can purchase a ticket on our official event ticketing page. After purchasing, you will then receive a confirmation email outlining what you purchased. Your digital ticket will then become available in your Eventbrite account.

Eventbrite is the official ticketing platform for Hallmark Christmas Experience. All tickets must be purchased through Eventbrite to ensure their validity.

I’ve purchased my tickets but can’t print them – what should I do?
For Be Merry and Find Magic ticket package purchasers, official tickets for each reserved experience that are a part of the package will be available in your Eventbrite account by Monday, September 16. If you purchase a single event ticket, you will have access to your tickets immediately after purchase in your Eventbrite account. For all tickets, you can elect to download, print them out, or utilize your mobile device to scan for entry.

Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of counterfeited tickets are VOID and will be seized by event security staff. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS TICKET POLICY.

How can I verify this ticket is legitimate?
If you have purchased a ticket for a friend or family member, please make sure to transfer the ticket to their name. Alternatively, you can give them a copy of the original purchaser’s government issued photo ID,
a copy of the order confirmation, and written consent that they can use the ticket.
