What is the Hallmark Christmas Experience?
The Hallmark Christmas Experience is a free, open-to-the-public, immersive experience with all the charm of a Hallmark movie town square. Located in Crown Center Square, right outside of Hallmark’s headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri. There is so much to explore, including a Christmas market, tree lightings, a card-sending station, and light walk.

Elevate the experience with special ticketed events and activities. There are so many festive options to choose from—exclusive events with your favorite Hallmark stars, workshops with Hallmark artists, breakfast with Santa, and so much more. Tickets are limited.

How can I book a room at the Hallmark Christmas Bed & Breakfast?
Find Magic Packages will go on sale in June. Hallmark Christmas Bed & Breakfast rooms at The Westin are available exclusively to purchasers of the Find Magic Package on a limited basis, while supplies last. There is a limit of one room per customer. Booking instructions will be included in the confirmation email when you purchase the Find Magic Package.
