Senior Designer Mary Lynn Iskak grew up in Java, Indonesia drawing cards for family and friends on special occasions, complete with a crown on back!
She attended University of Kansas (KU) and, in her 22 years at Hallmark, has designed stationary, gift wrap, paper party products, 3D gifts and memory keeping.
Mary Lynn married her college sweetheart Big Jay, (KU’s mascot), and they have two teenagers. The family celebrates their heritage by making German peppermint cookies, Swedish tea ring, and having Asian hotpot at Christmas.
